I. Delivery Scope

We only provide delivery services to addresses within the United States. To enhance your shopping experience, all orders enjoy free shipping with no minimum order amount requirement.

II. Order Processing

1. Standard Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, order processing usually takes 1 – 2 business days. This period is used to verify order details, confirm inventory status, and prepare your items for shipment.

2. Peak Periods

During holidays, promotional events, or other shopping peak seasons, due to a significant increase in order volume, the processing time may be extended by an additional 1 – 2 days. During these busy periods, thank you for your patience, and we will do our best to expedite order processing.

III. Delivery Details

1. Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, a trusted and cost-effective domestic delivery service. The United States Postal Service has an extensive delivery network across the United States, ensuring that your packages can be delivered to most destinations in a timely manner.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Addresses: For most standard addresses in the United States, orders are expected to be delivered within 2 – 3 business days after processing is completed.
  • Remote or Rural Areas: Depending on the specific location and local delivery conditions, the transit time for packages sent to remote or rural areas may be delayed by 1 – 2 days.

IV. Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time). The impact of this time on order processing is as follows:

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be processed on the same day.
  • Off-Peak Period Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on weekdays, as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be queued for processing on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.

V. Tracking and Support

1. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipping progress of your package in real-time on the official USPS website and stay informed about the package’s location and estimated delivery time.

1. Uncertainty of Lead Times

2. Dependence on the Carrier

Our delivery commitments are subject to the normal operations of the carrier (in this case, USPS) and some external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or service disruptions. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we will not be held liable for delays caused by these external factors.
