Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery of the ordered items.

II. Return Conditions

Items are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  2. The item should be repackaged in its original box or packaging materials to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
  3. When returning the item, please clearly indicate the order number and provide a detailed reason for the return, such as product quality issues, incorrect sizing, or change of personal preference.

III. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] to request a return authorization. Include your order number in the email. If returning due to product quality issues, please attach photos of the defects.
  2. Await Review: Our team will review your return request within 2 business days and send you detailed instructions. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

IV. Return Shipping Details

  1. Items with Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a free pre-paid return label, and you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  2. Non-Quality Issues (e.g., Change of Personal Preference): For returns due to non-quality issues such as style or color preferences, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

VI. Return Processing

  1. Item Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the above return conditions.
  2. Refund Processing: For approved return requests, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 2 business days. However, it may take an additional 3 – 5 business days for the funds to be fully credited to your account by your bank or payment provider.
  3. Exchange Instructions: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return and refund first, then placing a new order for the desired item to ensure a smooth process.

VII. Important Notes

  1. No Restocking Fees: Regardless of the reason for the return, we do not charge restocking fees.
  2. Shipping Fee Policy: For returns due to non-quality issues (such as customer remorse), both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded.
  3. Handling of Quality Issues: If you receive a product with quality issues, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, exchange, or full refund.

VIII. Order Cancellation

In the event that an order is canceled due to out-of-stock situations, our operational errors, or other force majeure factors, we will automatically refund the full amount back to your original payment method.
